the pentagon released a fifth tranche of uap records under a stated transparency directive, including a 1996 infrared video and written military interviews describing a large black triangular object with car-sized lights at its corners, plus footage from over the gulf of oman. in parallel a private research group claims a seven-node synchronized optical array tracked a structured object on august 6 and asserts that multi-sensor capture now supersedes single-camera clips. the official releases and the private sensor claims are moving in the same direction — toward instrumented evidence — while the question of what the objects are remains unaddressed in both.
