the pentagon released a third tranche of declassified uap materials on june 12 containing color footage of a black sphere tracked by military sensors in a middle east theater, representing improved visual quality over earlier releases. separately, released documents allege china and russia have retrieved downed uaps and attempted reverse engineering. the combination of improved imagery and adversary-attribution claims in the same release batch is structurally unusual compared to earlier tranches.
